Rich, flavorful, and it gives you power for the whole day – especially if it’s a healthy, exciting, vegan version.
Sit in a magical little garden, sipping your freshly squeezed juice, or cappuccino.
Have a bite of your chickpea and cashew omlet seasoned with herbs from the garden.
Try the local delicacies of Jaffa’s best culinary stores…
…and enjoy a vegan pancake with maple syrup and fresh fruits.
For morning cocktail, chill on the rooftop facing the sea.
Get enchanted by the duet of the Church bells and the muezzin in this beautiful cultural melting pot, Jaffa.
We can plan the breakfast menu ahead to make sure I’ll serve only things you love.
As a teaser – my recipe for a Delicious Vegan Bacon
– 200 grams of coconut flakes
– 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
– one piece of garlic, squeezed
– smoked paprika, salt, pepper
After I’m preheating the oven to 180 c. I’m choosing a nice wide baking tray, and I’m spreading a baking sheet on it. I sprinkle the coconut flakes, pour over all the ingredients, and mix it up with my hands, so it can get juicy and spicy everywhere. I send it in the hot oven for 12 minutes – they are ready when they start to curl up, but they are not turning black yet – unless you like your bacon extra crispy. Let it cool down, and mix it in salads, add it to your sandwich, or surprise a bacon-lover friend with it, and tell him: “you can save the piggies and have your bacon too”.
